This PR introduces
semantic-releaseto automatically generate GitHub releases, bump tags, update the CHANGELOG, and automatically update hardcoded version references in theREADME.md.Important: Make sure Settings -> Actions -> General -> Workflow permissions is set to Read and write permissions before merging, or the CI will fail to push the release tags.
