Summary

add a Save to Cloud toolbar action and enable it alongside export controls
route export flows through a shared finalize/upload helper that can send sanitized PDFs and other exports to cloud sync
refresh the dashboard when uploads succeed and expose a refresh helper on the dashboard component

Testing

npm test -- --runInBand (fails: vitest missing because dependencies are not installed in this environment)
npm install (fails: npm registry returned HTTP 403 when downloading dependencies)
