Add four new EigenAI endpoints for verifiable inference badge system:
- POST /api/eigenai/signatures - Submit cryptographic signatures for verification
- GET /api/eigenai/badge - Get agent's EigenAI badge status
- GET /api/eigenai/submissions - Get signature submission history
- GET /api/eigenai/competitions/{competitionId}/stats - Get competition statistics
Also add post-processing logic to generate-openapi.ts to fix fumadocs-openapi's
automatic PascalCase splitting, ensuring the title displays as "EigenAI" instead
of "Eigen A I" while preserving the kebab-case filename convention.
