This adds a Configurable Audio Navigator, as well as a helper to get the cover for the Publication in shared models.
This new Navigator stays consistent with the other two, with listeners, config, a pool preloading adjacent resources, etc. It does not attempt to introduce new patterns so as to not bring confusion.
Note we are trying to polyfill
preservesPitch(baseline 2023, we are supporting 2021), which adds some complexity in the engine due to CORS – we polyfill only if we are allowed to, otherwise playback breaks entirely.
