Drafting a new glossary for GeoTrellis docs
Changed the geotrellis.g8 repository location to it's new home.
Fixing some spelling errors, anchor links and line breaks
Some more anchor fixes to the glossary
Update Getting Started guide with new rendering section.
Update layout to new github repository.
data.md: How to get data into geotrellis output.md: What to do with your final result processing.md: I have a raster, what can I do with it? The rest of the files just have the page number updated
Add in new sections for loading, processing and saving
Removing separate rendering folder; move edits to getting started.
Mainly fixing links. Cropped some of the color ramp images so that the page layout flowed a bit better.
Add tile raster and operation documentation.
Geotiff tutorial
Doc fixes as per Rick's proofreading.

Adding 0.9 release notes
