- Fix start variable redeclaration - Fix error on duplicate property 'data'
- lowerCaseKeys property makes the serialization of keys to be lowercased - the property is inherited by children objects and arrays when parent is set - it is possible to set that individually for each object
- This solves issues with timings being displayed with scientific notation

Adds a new property to objects and arrays, allowing the serialization to output only lower case keys:
A new test was added to
test.asp(testLowerCaseKeysflag) to validate the change.This closes #88.
