Looks good. We'll merge this after rpi-eeprom is merged and we bump the submodule here to pull in the rpi-eeprom-config changes. |

Both bootcode.bin and bootsys need to be signed in an AB firmware image.
This depends on the ab branch in https://github.com/raspberrypi/rpi-eeprom. Don't merge this until the ab branch is merged.
