chore: latest rainix + modernize CI#21
Conversation
- flake input rainprotocol/rainix -> rainlanguage/rainix, lock regenerated to latest; drop unused self lambda arg (deadnix); cargo test passes. - replace legacy rainix.yaml matrix with the rainix-rs.yaml reusable thin caller (old matrix referenced rainix-rs-artifacts, gone in latest rainix). - replace manual publish.yml with package-release.yaml autopublish reusable for rain-error-decoding (content-gated + race-safe per rainix#184/#186). - gitignore generated .pre-commit-config.yaml.
