It is a fix for #436 and #215
To fix these two problems, it would introduce breakage in
as_list()function. Since thexml2package is widely used in the R community, changing the default behavior could break existing code that relies on the current behavior. So, I have adopted a new version ofas_list()function and a new function to deduplicate lists.
