- 升级 Black 版本，重命名前端格式化钩子为 Prettier，并新增 ESLint 预提交检查以加强前端代码风格与质量。 - 添加 pre-commit 依赖以支持提交前钩子检查。 - 引入 pre-commit 并锁定其依赖以启用预提交钩子和统一的开发流程。 - 切换到 Vue 的 ESLint flat 推荐配置并强制组件块按脚本、模板、样式顺序排列。
