**Docker log driver configuration:**

The command above uses `--log-driver local` to prevent unbounded log file growth. Docker's default [`json-file`](https://docs.docker.com/engine/logging/drivers/json-file/) driver has no automatic log rotation or size limits, which can lead to disk space exhaustion on the host.

The [`local`](https://docs.docker.com/engine/logging/drivers/local/) driver provides automatic log rotation with sensible defaults:
- **Maximum log size**: 100MB total
- **Log files**: 5 files of 20MB each

These limits can be customized using `--log-opt`. Consult the [`local`](https://docs.docker.com/engine/logging/drivers/local/) driver documentation for details.
