Adds a user-facing Windows guide alongside the existing `docs/WINDOWS.md` (which is the architecture/internals doc). The new guide covers: - PowerShell quick-install - Manual install + PATH setup - %LOCALAPPDATA%\jcode layout (bin / builds / versions) - First-run config locations - Troubleshooting matrix (PATH issues, hotkey conflicts, terminal rendering, etc.) URLs adapted to this fork (github.com/quangdang46/jcode) instead of upstream's 1jehuang/jcode. Ports upstream PR 1jehuang#172. Closes #132
