Add support for QAIF clock IDs corresponding to multiple audio
interfaces (AUD_INTF0–AUD_INTF12 and VA_INTF0) in the Q6PRM clock
framework.
This change introduces new clock IDs for IBIT and EBIT clocks for
each QAIF audio interface and registers them in q6prm_clks, enabling
proper clock control and scaling via the PRM interface.
Additionally, update Q6DSP_MAX_CLK_ID to accommodate the newly added
clock IDs.
These updates are required for proper handling of audio interface
clocks in LPASS, ensuring correct initialization and operation of
audio components dependent on QAIF clocking.
