The `MACHINE_NAME` environment variable needs fastrpc 1.0.5 or newer, latest .deb is still at 1.0.4 currently. Adjust deploy layer as needed. Signed-off-by: Koen Kooi <koen.kooi@oss.qualcomm.com>

This reworks the Dockerfile to use a 'slim' Debian image and fastrpc-tests as a base layer for the rest of the stack.
