fix(library/intro): correct reST links, typos, and translation errors

- Restore `WebAssembly`_, `Emscripten`_, `WASI`_ hyperlink references
- Fix 標准 → 標準 (simplified character) and restore missing ）
- Translate untranslated "any" → 任何
- Fix inaccurate translation: 架構不完備 → 功能有限
