Adds Chapter 22 (script + docs + tests) for NSO: ratio set (liquidity/leverage/profitability/efficiency), common-size statements, a net-income variance bridge (waterfall), memo + design file, and figures manifest. Wiring: Makefile target business-ch22 + Sphinx toctree entry. Acceptance: make lint; pytest -q; make business-nso-sim; make business-ch22; make docs.
