old versions of better-sqlite3 require node versions 20 or below, but this is becoming quite old. this upgrades to the latest version.

Old versions of better-sqlite3 require node versions 20 or below, but this is becoming quite old. this upgrades to the latest version. Fortunately we use pretty basic features. This is essentially an internal change but it does affect
purescript-overlay.
