Adds CompositeInjector, a particle injector that is simply the composition of two other injectors. This is particularly useful for having multiple BoundaryInjectors to inject multiple species.

Also uses some doxygen-formatted comments. For me, at least, these comments appear in my IDE when hovering my cursor over the commented things, and are somewhat formatted. The links ("@ref", e.g. https://www.doxygen.nl/manual/autolink.html) don't work, though. I guess that requires actually compiling the comments, and I think they also are generated automatically anyways (i.e., don't require "@ref").
