Fix the help text for
--collector.filesystem.fs-types-include.The flag currently describes filesystem types to exclude, but this is the include flag. This updates the wording to match the flag behavior.
Testing:
go test ./collectorfails on Windows due to existing platform path separator and line ending expectations unrelated to this help text change.
