Adds EGS exporter to the exporters documentation under a new Energy section. egs-exporter exposes executable marginal energy gradients (ΔkW) via /egs/v1/gradient for autonomous allocation systems. EGS (Energy-Gradient Signaling) enables autonomous systems to select executable capacity under constraints. Ref: https://ear-standard.org
