We adjust the test case to correctly setup the component aliases and upstreams, and add a new alias `barer` for component `bar` which has a different version to the base component.

Since we now support per-instance versions (cf. #559), we need to adjust the component version reporting to actually extract the version for each instance instead of just reporting the base component's version.
