Adds export_timeline tool that generates structured markdown reports from timeline data. Three formats: summary, detailed, standup. Includes event breakdown, commit log, correction analysis, and prompt quality signals. Closes #5
- Promoted 'preflight-dev init' wizard to Option A (recommended) - Added description of what the wizard does (profile, config, embeddings) - Added 'After setup' section with team sharing tips - Renumbered existing options B/C/D
