Permit /api/fs/blob to read absolute paths that resolve inside any registered workspace root while keeping arbitrary filesystem paths blocked. Add regression coverage for registered repo files and sibling path rejection. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
