Remove references to the tea protocol and unused images/code, add Windows/Bun instructions

• What changed:
  • Removed references to the tea protocol
  • Removed references to teaBASE
  • Removed pkgx.dev/tea and pkgx.dev/coinlist
  • Deleted images related to the tea protocol
  • Deleted other unused images
  • Deleted lambda/assam-api.js
  • Added instructions for setting up the pkgx Vite server on Windows to the README
  • Mentioned that bun can be used in place of npm in the README
  • Added a lockfile for Bun
• Why:
  • Now that Max Howell abandoned pkgx, it should cut all ties with the tea protocol so that it can continue as a project independent of other cryptocurrency-related projects. New and existing cryptocurrency-related packages will continue to be allowed on pkgx.
  • teaBASE is not really a part of pkgx. I made the changes in a separate commit in case anyone objects to the removal of teaBASE references.
  • https://assam.tea.xyz no longer works and returns 404.
  • I daily-drive Windows, and locally tested the changes to the websites on Windows.
  • Bun can be used in place of Node.js and npm.
