Fügt in die Bestellungstabelle ein Feld für "Bestellt" ein, damit die Helfer es nicht frei auf dem Blatt notieren müssen.
Gibt da noch ein Problem: Bei längeren Pizzabeschreibungen (z.B. "Insalata I taliano Joghurtdressing groß") ist die Tabelle so breit, dass das "Bestellt"-Feld nicht mehr reinpasst und fehlt / abgeschnitten ist. Daher ist das Bestellt-Feld ganz rechts, da "Bezahlt" wichtiger ist.
Keine Ahnung ob du das mergen willst, nur so for the record :)
