…on on GUI; fixed graphic to be albe to load arrow images when using external simulator - self.path set to absolute so chdir does not mess it up; IOError exception swallowing added beside OSError when trying to open spike.dat

When using external simulators, some bugs appeared including fail of loading arrow images, and throw of exceptions when loading optional spike.dat file. Also fixed a bug arisen while loading input of 1 trace with no time information in it.

Épp az NCBS egyik laborjában, Indiában vagyok és a MOOSE projekthez csatolom az Optimizert. Jelenleg a BME-n tanulok BSc mérnök-informatikusként, de valószínűleg computational (neuro)science témában szeretnék továbbtanulni és erről szeretnék pár kérdést feltenni. Sajnos semmi ismerősöm nincs erről a területről (leszámítva az indiaiakat). Előre is köszönöm!
