By using pkg-config to check for getdns in 'configure', it will also work on OpenBSD where ports packages get installed in /usr/local. Tested on Fedora 44, Linux Mint 22.3 and OpenBSD 7.9 Signed-off-by: Thomas Kupper <tom@kupper.org>

The same method is already used for gnutls & nettle
