Hey, I'm Patrice 👋

Applied Research Scientist at ServiceNow, working on AI agents for enterprise automation. I build systems that let large language models interact with complex business workflows, from text-to-workflow generation to IT service management auto-resolution.

Background: MSc in Machine Learning from Mila, BSc in Physics from Université de Montréal.
