Updated react installApk method

Updated react installApk method on the RNAppUpdate class to allow installation of apk on android versions > 5.0.

Changed the file uri path from file:// to content:// to allow the method to locate the downloaded APK.

@mhtydv93 you might like my fork, it's moved on quite a bit and works in a modern react-native app https://github.com/mikehardy/react-native-update-apk - and I'm not trying to play any political games or anything, I just saw that this repo was not being updated and needed the funcionality. I'm always happy to collaborate and merge etc or whatever.

@mikehardy I'm sorry that I haven't tracked this repo for a long time. Because I doesn't develop React Native anymore, it's hard for me to maintain this repo.
I update the README.md and recommend your repo for alternative.

Nothing to feel sorry for @parryworld - life is supposed to move on and progress isn't it? and with open source people can figure it out. Eventually I will move on too ;-). Cheers
