Summary

add a shell completion testing section to the testing docs
show how to use ShellComplete.get_completions in unit tests

Verification

PYTHONPATH=src python -
PYTHONPATH=src python -m pytest tests/test_shell_completion.py -q
git diff --check

Docs build was not run because Sphinx is not installed in this environment.
