Tests are broken:

InvalidRequest: No 'repos' or 'root_dir' specified\npanic: runtime error: index out of range [0] with length 0\n\ngoroutine 1 [running]:\ngithub.com/osbuild/images/pkg/manifest.(*AnacondaInstaller).serialize

Hmmm what that could be? Any ideas?

I don't see the error you mentioned, but I see a bunch of other failures. Those dependency updates shouldn't be causing issues. I'll rebase and we can check back.

I still see it in Integration (test/bib/test_opts.py)
