Pull request overview
Updates the performance tuning documentation to prevent documentation validation from executing the embedded shell snippets (per CVS-183105), by changing fenced code block languages from bash to text.

- Switched multiple fenced code blocks in
docs/performance_tuning.mdfrombash totext to disable doc test execution. - Kept the command content unchanged (only the code-fence language identifier was modified).
