Fix 19 AsciiDocDITA Vale issues across 6 modules and 1 assembly in the cnf-provisioning-low-latency-workloads assembly: - Add [role="_abstract"] short descriptions to all modules - Convert callout lists to definition lists, bulleted lists, and sentences - Convert unsupported block titles to inline text - Add missing content type attribute to cnf-disabling-cpu-cfs-quota - Change cnf-disabling-cpu-load-balancing-for-dpdk from PROCEDURE to CONCEPT - Fix missing bullet prefix in assembly Additional resources section Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
