Fix broken link in term_glossary.adoc

Changes:

• Replace broken docs.openshift.org link with the equivalent Kubernetes documentation URL for nodes ( https://kubernetes.io/docs/concepts/architecture/nodes/).

Why:

• The previous link is no longer active and returns a dead page. Updated to the official Kubernetes documentation, which covers the same topic.

• Documentation (contributing_to_docs/term_glossary.adoc ony).

I'm waiting for a openshift member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.
