This PR cherry picks and squashes two commits, one from #98694 and the other from #102495 to satisfy the backport requirement in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OSDOCS-16788 and also include a necessary bug fix for this new content -- https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OSDOCS-16789.
