I don't think this is needed anymore. I'm not getting any compile errors in core or addons because of this (I may have fixed it differently...). Do you remember where this was causing an issue? |

It was an issue in osh-addons, some drivers expected this function and constant to exist, but someone could have updated the drivers now so this may be a non issue. If you don't see any compilation issues with addons then this is safe to close |

Adds some features back that were removed in newer version of core to enable compatibility with some addons
