I've tested this on #13 and it fails because the first residue has its phosphate group replaced with a hydrogen named |

OK I've got this to a point in #13 that it fails to load because it has alt locs, for example in residue 49. The specified behavior is that any alt loc is an error. We should either remove alt locs from this example, or specify a different behavior. |
