Ich habe das CSS noch etwas aufgeräumt. Die Kategory "small" brauchen wir eigentlich nicht, wenn bereits "3.5s" als Standard gesetzt sind. Ebenfalls sind die bemerkten "Ruckler" bei mir jetzt weg, seitdem stroke-dashoffset "10", also "stroke-dash-array * 2" ist.

Die Geschwindigkeit der Animation zwischen den Komponenten basiert auf der Stromstärke. Die Linienstärke wäre ebenfalls möglich (ist aber auskommentiert), da ich die Geschwindigkeit besser finde.
Die Intervalle sind: 0–1,5 kW, 1,5–5 kW und > 5 kW. Diese können gerne angepasst werden
