The queries to the meters intermittently fail. Some documentation says, 100 ms delay are needed between subsequent requests.
Also adds support for fetching voltage and power factor from SDM120.
get_serialnow declaring to returnOptional[str]to matchAbstractCounterbase class definition. Surely it still always returns the retrieved serial number as string.
