The reason for bumping the eclispe version in this PR was due to me using a newer JDK which was incompatible with old Eclipse SDKs, we can revert this change if needed |

Proposal to add a sub-module to generate RCP applications (.product)
Should this be optional/a compile time flag?
P.S. maybe the dependencies in the .product files could be optimized, and the .product file could include a reference to the sample plugin
While i was at it, i added a switch to include Kotlin support in the main plugin
