Required Variables

• BOT_TOKEN: Create a bot using @BotFather, and get the Telegram API token.
• API_ID: Get this value from telegram.org
• API_HASH: Get this value from telegram.org
• ADMIN: User ID of Admin
• OWNER_ID: User ID of Owner
• DB_URL: Get this value from mongoDB
• DB_NAME: Name of the database in mongoDB
• SPOTIPY_CLIENT_ID: get it from here SpotifyDev
