Restructured the PDF Quote Builder page into multiple pages.
Now it's:

  • Landing page: PDF Quote Builder
  • Add dynamic text to PDFs
  • Add PDFs to quotes
  • Add PDFs to a product

This 18.0 PR should be FWP to master.
