This is a work-in-progress PR from a hackathon, it could use a little more attention before it's ready to be merged.

Adds the following features:

Uses the new @inquirer/search
Fuzzy search: pdr -> plugin deploy retrieve
Start with a query: sf search foo will populate foo in command
New actions once a command is selected (previously just "show help")
- Show help
- Copy command
- Copy command for doctor
  - Note: this is SF specific, we might not keep this one
- Go to source code
  - Note: path resolving edge-cases need to be explored
- View on npm

If you know what action you want, pass it in with --action to skip the second prompt
