This PR vendors and iterates on @zamplyy/react-native-vector-image-plugin (with his permission), adds proper expo support by using the expo metro preset by default and a web implementation.
This relies on an expo internal function
createMetroServerAndBundleRequestAsyncwhich might be a bit unsafe. I talked to @vonovak about this who would check internally at expo if they can support it or if there's a better way.
