The default path of WinGUp security log is %LOCALAPPDATA%\Wingup\log\securityError.log.
The PR overrides it to %LOCALAPPDATA%\Nootepad++\log\securityError.log.
Also adapt the new wingup quote placeholder ({QUOTE}).
