Just update dependency version to remove some bugs.
WHY:
I encountered a bug when developing with lib-noir. When I turn off the
anti-forgeryoption, any requests receive no query-string nor request bodies.After debugging, I knew it is a bug of ring-defaults. The bug disappeared when I updated ring-defaults version.
So this is the reason I update a dependency version of
ring-defaults.
