This repo consists the implementation of the paper TECHS by Qika Lin et. al. The original implementation has a lot of issues, like deprecated packages and a lot of logical issues. In this repo I have tried to re-implement the paper as described in the research paper. It has achieve a close result.
Just run the runner.py file.
