As stated in the FAQ, tags are added to separate commits. As some repositories did a good job not introducing any changes for their tags (e.g. in #53), I added an option to add the tag to its parent.
This patch is backwards-compatible. In addition, it does nothing in case there is actually a change attached to a specific tag.
