Updated Version Table and Removed References to a Potential 5.0.0+ Softmod

• Condensed table to only three rows including a dedicated row for 4.1.0 to account for IPatched units that are on this version.
• Removed references to running Caffeine and Nereba on unpatched units as RCM is the superior option (the alternative options have too many drawbacks)
• Removed any reference for the potential to run homebrew or CFW on a patched unit on 5.0.0+ via a software only exploit (no modchip). While deja-vu does indeed work up to 7.0.1, versions 5.0.0-7.0.1 have been thoroughly analyzed and there are no bugs that would allow deja-vu to be useful on these versions.
