Add of stop strategy, either to wait (60sec by default), or to kill all threads at shutdown Add ability to choose the response charset, rather than taking the OS' one

The new "KILL" strategy will prevent waiting for a timeout before the execution ends.
The Charset definition is interesting, as of today the framework uses the encoding charset of the host operating system by default.
